There is an event on at Brands Hatch also on Sunday 3 August. The area can easily be avoided if you are travelling to us by car. You approach eureka from the A2 side rather than the A20, here's how:

Normally would you exit the M25 at junction 3 for Brands Hatch, but instead exit at junction 2 (signposted Canterbury, A2). Head down the A2, and you can exit the A2 at the next interchange (Bean Interchange) or the following one (signposted Southfleet, Longfield). Follow the signs for Longfield, when you get into Longfield you need to head towards Fawkham via Valley road. A couple of miles down the road there is a left turn, signposted Fawkham manor hospital (easy to miss, keep your eyes peeled). Take a left here and you are on Manor lane. The road will fork in two, bear left here, eureka is another quarter mile on the left.
