Monthly Newsletter/e-Zine July
2010 Edition | G'day
all, & Peace Brothers :) Please don't adjust your sets, Flower-power
is back, mannnnnnn, do you dig the hip, cool & groovy look of this month's
newsletter :) ... But that's the kind of place Eureka is - chilled-out is not
the word ... you are liked and accepted for the person you are, and you will always
receive a warm welcome at Eureka regardless of your age, race, orientation, lifestyle
choices or single status. Eureka is in fact the only long-standing naturist
club in the UK which has never discriminated against single men. There is no stigma
regarding visiting Eureka as a single male - everyone behaves in a civilised manner
(this is the only rule we as strict about) and as such we don't have any of the
perceived problems associated with single males and naturism. June has been
another incredible month at Eureka - yet again record-breaking attendance figures
at the club combined with 16,925 visitors to our website. If you have a website/blog/forum
of your own, please post a link/message about Eureka, or consider doing a Link
Exchange with our website. And if you are visiting the club,
I would be happy to have a chat with you if you need to soup-up the visual impact
of your site or improve your online promotion (no charge for the advice, but then
that's the type of guy I am!) So enjoy the rest of this newsletter, and see
you at the club again soon hopefully :) Cheers Kieran, Eureka Website
Manager e-mail kieran68@hotmail.com P.S. The aforementioned groovy flower-power
look is designed to complement our totally cool new retro-funky swimming pool
inflatables - c'mon now, you didn't honestly think I was into all that stuff did
you... (no smart remarks please!)

Questions & misconceptions about Eureka & Naturism Gentlemen
who are planning a visit tend think it will be a problem if they become 'aroused'
on a day visit or party evening - please don't be ridiculous, of course it's not
a problem! After all, naturism is an incredibly sensual and liberating experience
- the fresh air and sunshine on your skin (or the hedonistic experience of dancing
naked in our unique nightclub) combined with the visual aspect of our many lovely
naturist female visitors can produce unique sensations of excitement and intense
pleasure, quite unlike anything you've experienced before :) So absolutely
nothing to worry about - provided you're not bothering anyone, the ladies just
turn a blind eye, or possibly an admiring one :) Another common misconception
is that naturist clubs are full of old people. Not so at Eureka - we are located
in the fifth most densley populated area on the planet, and many young and beautiful
people in the 18-30 age category are attracted to the club by our powerful global
online presence - and our incredible 23.5 acre grounds, excellent facilities and
unique and friendly atmosphere ensure that they they return time and again. | An
ENDLESS range of things to do... AND Best Value Accommodation in the London area!
Despite
being tucked away in the heart of the countryside, Eureka is very centrally located
- we are close to the endless range of wonderful attractions in the London and
Kent areas - we are just 40 minutes by direct train from central London, or within
15 minutes driving time of the M25, A2, A20 and M20 roads. Eureka has also
got the best priced accommodation in the London area... even people who didn't
specifically intend to visit a naturist club have chosen to stay with us rather
than pay inflated prices for hotel or B&B accommodation in the London or Kent
areas. An overnight stay in one of our luxurious heated chalets with king-size
bed and free wireless internet access is incredibly good value, from just £30
per chalet i.e. £15 per person sharing. Some of our chalets also have LCD
TV/DVD and tea/coffee making facilities. Please click one of the photos
of our chalets to see more info about staying over with us.
| London
- the MOST Exciting City in the World! Eureka is just
40 minutes by direct train from London Victoria - within walking distance of which
you've got many world-famous attractions such as Buckingham Palace and St. James'
Park, Westminister Abbey, the London Aquarium, Harrods, the London Eye, Hyde Park,
Oxford street and Covent Garden. And within a couple of stops on the London underground,
you have attractions like Madame Tussauds, Kensington Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral,
the London Dungeon and the Tower of London. London has also got some of
the world's best nightlife and cultural events - and if you're into theatre, London's
West End is only eclipsed for quality and variety by Broadway in New York. Oh,
and you just gotta take a river trip on a Thames clipper or one of the many other
riverboat services operating on the Thames :) London has some of the best
museums in the world, almost all of them free to visit. If you ever thought of
museums as boring, try visiting the free science museum near Harrods - for instance,
they've got the actual landing capsule used on one of the Apollo moon missions
- along with numerous vintage motor cars and commercial and military aircraft
- actual real ones, not models, some of which you can walk into, and some of which
were even used on missions in world war I and II. The nearby Victoria and Albert
(V&A) museum is one of the most spectacular buildings you are ever likely
to see, and well worth visiting just for the architecture alone. If you
ever thought London was expensive, think again - for instance Peter's little café
in Covent Garden (a favourite of mine) sells similar food to Eureka's at similar
reasonable prices, and (in my opinion) the best tea and coffee in London for under
£1. More about visiting London and its attractions here: http://www.visitlondon.com More
Spectacular Attractions in the Kent Area ...
We do
things in style here in Kent, and Eureka is just 30 minutes drive from two world-famous
attractions, the Chatham Historic Dockyard and the Dickens Experience. Visit
the Chatham Historic Dockyard
and you can go onboard a nuclear submarine or the last remaining WWII British
war ship - and even take a river Medway/Thames Estuary trip on the Kingswear
Castle, one of the last operational paddle steamships in the
world! The nearby Dickens
World is INCREDIBLE - there's even an artifical river housed
within its vast building, and believe it or not you can actually take a riverboat
trip on it, recreated from one of the Dickens stories. Among the many other
attractions within an hour's drive are Canterbury Cathedral and Dover Castle,
situated on the white cliffs made famous by the wonderful Vera Lynn. The coastline
of Kent is spectacular, and if you are taking a trip down the coast you really
should visit some of the majestic old seaside towns like Folkestone, Deal, Herne
Bay, Ramsgate and Whitstable. More info about attractions in the Kent area: http://www.kentattractions.co.uk/ | Naturist
hiking & mountain biking- the saxon shore way A
number of people have supplied articles about naturist hiking and biking recently,
and believe it or not there's an excellent remote thames-estuary riverbank trail
ideal for these actitivies. The
Saxon Shore Way is a public footpath and cycle track along
the kent coastline, starting near Gravesend in Kent (about 20 minutes from Eureka).
The trail begins just up from Mark lane, PC DA122HN. I'm a keen hiker and go out
there regularly myself so
if you need anymore info about this trail please reply to this posting. |

<stes.stuff@blueyonder.co.uk> Subject: New to naturism in yorkshire
Hi Everyone, my names Steve, i'm a pretty shy newbie to naturism. I'm
not quite confident enough with myself to come to a club alone yet, but if anyone
in the yorkshire area would like to chat, perhaps meet up sometime i would
really appreciate it :) hopefully a few nice days with people might help me
pluck up the courage to come along. Hope to hear from you all soon :) (I
know it might seem a little odd, but I have had body image issues since school,
and until recently the thought of someone seeing me without a T-Shirt on terrified
me, so I am thinking slow and steady is the best way)
