• Bookings are Saturday to Saturday - depart at 10am, arrive at 3pm
• Prices are for a 7-night stay. Shorter and longer stays by agreement.

• Visitors are requested to telephone when they are approximately 30 minutes away.

Payment

• A deposit of £25 per person over 5 years of age is payable on making the booking.
• Full payment of the holiday price is payable at least 8 calendar weeks in advance of arrival.
• The deposit is refunded within 10 working days of the end of your holiday. This deposit is held against excessive cleaning costs, damages, breakages and cancellation of the holiday by you where less than 48 days notice in writing of the cancellation is given.
  
• Seven night or longer stays include a welcome pack that includes essential provisions. A full list will be provided on booking.
• Linen and towels are provided/beds made up before your arrival.
• Beds changed weekly.
• Heating and hot water included.

This is a no smoking cottage and you are requested to respect this policy.
The cottage is considered unsuitable for children under five.

The accommodation becomes available from 3.00pm Saturdays. You are respectfully asked to vacate the cottage by 10.00am on the Saturday of the last day of your stay to allow for an efficient change over of visitors.
Please leave the cottage clean and in the condition that you would like to find it.
